Meetings will be held beginning at 12:30 pm, with the last meeting ending at 7:44 pm.

If a time doesn’t show, it means that slot is no longer available.

**Important**

If your computer is showing times that are off, or are on February 6th, please do the following:

Please ensure that your Google calendar is set to PST time.

How to Fix

1. 1. If your computer is showing incorrectly, open Google Calendar.

   2. Click the Settings gear icon in the top right, then select Settings.

   3. On the left sidebar, click Time zone.

   4. Under “Primary time zone,” change it from GMT to (GMT-08:00) Pacific Time – Vancouver.
